Respect, Integrity, Soundness, and Excellence are all letters in the acronym RISE. As a result, the design was able to convey a well-established security organization. Signifying protection, we used a dark blue shield, which was paired with a bold yellow picture of "rising" for excellence. ​​​​​​​​
